At the Houston Texans, fan safety is a priority. In the event of severe weather, practice may be cancelled before or during practice. Additionally, practice may be moved inside of Houston Methodist Training Center, and practice would then continue as a closed, non-public practice. Cancelled practices will not be rescheduled. Training Camp FAQs

How do I get tickets?

Free tickets will be available through Ticketmaster on Thursday June 26th at 10am. Fans will be able to claim a max of two (2) tickets per account for up to two (2) practices of training camp.

How many total tickets can I get?

You may claim up to two (2) tickets per account for up to two (2) practices of Training Camp.

Do children need tickets for Training Camp?

Your total number of tickets claimed must include children of all ages.

Can I attend multiple days of Training Camp?

Yes, up to two (2) practices per account.

How do I access my tickets?

Once tickets are claimed, they will live on the Houston Texans app. In the app, tap "More" in bottom right corner and log into your Ticketmaster account once selecting "Account Manager".

Where do I park for Training Camp?

Parking will be available in Green Lot, gates will open at 7 a.m. A Tailgate Ambassador will be at each parking lot gate entrance for assistance. Fans will enter Training Camp via Green Lot and Murworth.

What concessions will be available at Training Camp?

Food and drinks for purchase will be available from local food trucks.

Will merchandise be available for purchase at Training Camp?

Merchandise will be available for purchase by card only.

What is the bag policy for Training Camp?

The NFL League-Wide Policy permits only the following bags in Training Camp:

  • Bags that are clear and do not exceed 12"x12"x6"
  • One gallon clear plastic freezer bags
  • Small clutch purses no larger than 4.5"x6.5"
  • All other bags are prohibited
What items are prohibited from Training Camp?

For your safety and the continuity of Training Camp, the following items are prohibited:

  • Weapons/Firearms
  • Outside food and beverage
  • Bags and backpacks larger than 4.5"x6.5"
  • Flag poles, frisbees, beach balls, selfie sticks
  • Video cameras/Cameras with lenses over 3"
  • Laser pens, fireworks, illegal substances
  • Noisemakers, air horns, whistles, cowbells
  • Unmanned aircraft systems/radio-controlled model aircrafts
  • Seat cushions
  • Segways, skateboards, hoverboards
  • Animals (except certified service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
  • Diaper Bags
  • Coolers
Will I have the opportunity to get player autographs if I attend Training Camp?

Following each practice, Texans players and coaches may stop to sign autographs for fans. Autographs are not guaranteed and are up to the discretion of the player and/or coach.

What seating options are available at Training Camp?

A 1,000-seat bleacher area along the sideline is available for viewing practice on a first-come, first-served basis.

How can I request ADA access if needed?

ADA access will be available to those who need assistance. If you are in need of ADA assistance, please notify event staff upon your arrival.

Can I bring a cooler to Training Camp?

No, fans are not permitted to bring coolers to Training Camp. However, fans are allowed to bring in one (1) unopened bottle of water per person.

Are Training Camp practices rain or shine?

Practices will be rain or shine, unless in the instance of severe weather. Instances of severe weather may create an unsafe environment for guests. This may result in fans not being permitted to watch practice. Alerts, updates, and schedule changes will be communicated as soon as possible via Texans mobile app, please make sure notification are set on.

What items should I bring to Training Camp to make my experience better?

We recommend fans bring the following items to Training Camp:

  • Sunscreen
  • Portable fan
  • Water
  • Sharpies and items for autographs
Can I bring my pet to Training Camp?

Pets are not permitted at Houston Texans Training Camp. Exceptions are made only for service animals.

Are there bathrooms on site?

We have two (2) restroom locations at Training Camp. One located by the food trucks on the south side and one located on the north side by the fan bleacher seating.

What time should I arrive at Training Camp?

On-site parking in Green Lot will open at 7 a.m. Gates will open at 8 a.m. Practice starts each day at 9 a.m and could last anywhere from 1.5-2 hours.

Is there special access for Season Ticket Members?

All Season Tickets Members get early access to claim tickets prior to tickets being available to the public.
