2-0 Victory Monday | Daily Brew

Two and oh.

After last night's home victory over the Bears, the Texans have won both games they've played this season, and they're 2-0 for the first time since 2016.

Next up, it's a trip to Minneapolis for a Sunday noon kickoff at the Vikings. Aside from the Philadelphia Eagles, Minnesota is the only team the Texans have never beaten. Houston's played them five times, and lost every one. The Vikes are also 2-0, and are fresh off a home win over the 49ers yesterday. We'll have more on that one throughout this week, but let's re-live what we saw last night at NRG Stadium.

Team analyst/Radio Sideline Reporter John Harris has a double-dip here with the "Harris Hits" and the "Big Play Breakdown".

Pro Football Hall of Fame writer John McClain has this piece on the defense and the kicking game and how key they were to the win last night.

Quarterback C.J. Stroud said kicker Ka'imi Fairbairn has "ice in his veins". Fairbairn has now connected on six field goals of 50 yards or longer in the last two games, which is an NFL record.

Voice of the Texans Marc Vandermeer reflected on the win last night in this "Two and Oh-My" column.
