Outside linebacker Bryan Braman, a second-year pro out of West Texas A&M, stopped for "5 questions" after a recent practice with Texans training camp assistant Kara Cook.
1. What Olympic event did you enjoy watching the most?
"I didn't have much time to watch the Olympics because of training camp, but, being a big track guy, I would have wanted to see the decathlon. I was the California State Champion for javelin in high school and was actually more heavily recruited for track than football."
2. What would you eat if it were the last meal of your life?
"It'd have to be a real nice seared filet mignon with like a broccoli and cheese casserole and asparagus. And some good crème brulee with a raspberry on top. Just one raspberry."
3. What do you miss most about your college days?
"Having free time for extracurricular activities. It's funny because the situation is reversed; in college, I had a bunch of free time but no money. Now, I have money but no time."
4. What's the most random song I'd find on your iPod?
"Fun fact, I actually don't have an iPod. But if I did, you wouldn't find country. I dislike country a lot."
- Any pet peeves?
"No, I'm pretty laid back. Actually, you know when there's no more toilet paper left so someone sets a new roll on top of the old cardboard roll instead of switching it out? I can't stand that. That's the definition of lazy."
