A Texans game at NRG Stadium...TOMORROW! | Daily Brew

The first home game of the preseason is a day away for the Houston Texans.

They'll host the New York Giants on Saturday at noon CT inside NRG Stadium, and they'll do so in the new Deep Steel Blue jerseys and Liberty White pants.

After practicing outside, starting at 11 a.m., on Tuesday and Wednesday, the team moved indoors to NRG Stadium for Thursday's work.

Here are "5 Things to Watch" when the two squads kick off tomorrow.

Also, Thursday was Gary Kubiak's birthday. The Texans Head Coach from 2006 through 2013 was in the building recently for a chat with Andre Johnson and Johnathan Joseph, and they surprised their old coach with a birthday cake.

John McClain is a Pro Football Hall of Fame writer, and the longtime NFL columnist wrote this piece about the Texans spreading the ball around to their talented crew of pass-catchers.

If you're coming to the game tomorrow, you'll want to check out this video below showing how the sun will likely hit the seats in NRG Stadium from 10:30 a.m. through 4 p.m. CT.
