Texans running back Arian Foster is in the running to be on the cover of "Madden NFL 25" EA Sports' best-selling video game. This is the second consecutive year that Foster has been a candidate in the elimination-style bracket in which fans vote for their favorite players to appear on the front of the video game box.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of "Madden," this year's ballot pits 32 NFL legends and 32 current standouts against one another, designed to have the final round of voting be a past vs. present faceoff.

ESPN seeded 64 players and divided them evenly into "old school" vs. "new school" brackets. Foster is a 4-seed and faces 13-seed St. Louis Rams wide receiver Danny Amendola in the first round of voting. If he advances, he'll face the winner of 5-seed Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones and 12-seed New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham.

Last year, Foster openly campaigned for votes on Twitter, YouTube and other platforms. He edged Tim Tebow in the first round of voting but fell to Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson in round two.

Round one of voting opened Monday, March 11, and will conclude on Mach 20. To keep Arian Foster in the running, vote here.
