There's no way around it. Saturday was a rough day for Texans fans.
As most of you know, the Texans lost their AFC Wild Card matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs at NRG Stadium. The Texans never lead and failed to score during the game.
Despite the loss, one of the Texans most famous fans had some words of encouragement for the team. Arnold Schwarzenegger, known for his famous role in the movie the Terminator (along with many others), shared a message on his social media accounts after today's loss.
.@JJWatt Get up. You'll be a champion next year. pic.twitter.com/d5Z9j8qpBx — Arnold (@Schwarzenegger) January 10, 2016
Schwarzenegger has a history with Texans defensive end J.J. Watt, as the two met each other at the Country Music Awards this past summer. Watt, who has done an Arnold impersonation previously, got the chance to meet the 'Governator' at the event. Watt talked about Schwarznegger's comments and their relationship on Sunday. "Yeah, he texted that to me earlier in the day," Watt commented. "We'd been talking a little bit after the game throughout the day and so he was – he's a good friend. He's a very good man. He's a good friend of mine. He just wanted to pick us up a little bit. He's a good man, so I appreciate it."
