Breakfast: Big Bang star superstitious for Texans

On television, Jim Parsons plays the part of the eccentric Sheldon Cooper on the "The Big Bang Theory."

In real life, he plays the part of an eccentric Texans fan.

Parsons, a guest on Friday's "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," grew up in Houston. The Klein Oak and University of Houston graduate admits he's such big fan, he's superstitious when it comes to his favorite team. Parsons spends his Sundays memorizing acting lines during Texans games.

"If I've been memorizing in the other room and I check back and the game's going well, it's because I've been behaving and memorizing, which is so awful, so then I have to leave and go back and memorize more and then come back and check in on the game again," Parsons said. "Not only does it make no difference, it ruins the experience for me. If things go well while I'm memorizing, I no longer get to watch the game."

The four-time Emmy winner definitely did not miss out during his appearance. The guest alongside Parsons on the Tonight Show was J.J. Watt, who sent him a free a pair of his new signature training shoes. Bazinga!
