Who's the fastest Texan?
It's a question that's somewhat tricky to answer.Â
Not every player on the team attended the National Scouting Combine in Indianapolis. Even the ones who did attend, didn't necessarily run the 40-yard dash while the were there.Â
The National Scouting Combine starts this week in Indianapolis, and HoustonTexans.com will be there.
We've compiled a list of 10 fastest 40 times at the Combine, and it might surprise you to learn that veteran cornerback Johnathan Joseph's 4.31 40 in 2006 remains the fastest on the squad. Wide receiver Will Fuller almost nipped him with last year's 4.32.
Remember: the list below is times from the Combine, and it doesn't include Pro Day or Regional Combine times. Receiver Wendall Williams was clocked at 4.19 last spring at a Regional Combine.Â
