Houston is a long way from Rock Hill, South Carolina. It's something Jadeveon Clowney realizes every day as he tries to get around town.
"I have to GPS everything," Clowney said, with a laugh. "Houston is big, man!"
Clowney says after living here for nearly two months, he still has "no clue" how to navigate his way around town. Even former South Carolina alums Johnathan Joseph and D.J. Swearinger advised him to just stick with GPS until he got a sense of his bearings.
The one thing that he's had a little bit of an easier transition with has been the heat, after playing his entire career in South Carolina.
Still, I had to ask: which is hotter, Houston or Columbia? Clowney's response was immediate.
"Houston is hotter, very hot," he said. "Houston is a step hotter than Columbia"
It's a good thing the Texans get to head to Denver in August.
