Cushing to address with media at 1 p.m.

Texans linebacker Brian Cushing, who on Friday was **suspended four games** for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing substances and on Wednesday was **named the AP NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year (again)**, will speak to the media tomorrow at 1 p.m. CT in a press conference at Reliant Stadium.
