The Texans are practicing today and they'll open the regular season on Sunday at Indianapolis.

Game week, at long last, is upon us.

After some light work this afternoon, the team will be off tomorrow and then practice again Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. They'll fly to Indianapolis on Saturday and kickoff at Lucas Oil Stadium at noon CT.

Sam Warren of the Houston Chronicle had this piece on how some Texans reacted to NOT getting a phone call last Tuesday.

Andre Johnson was recently interviewed by Pro Football Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe and former Pro Bowl wide receiver Chad "OchoCinco" Johnson. They covered a lot, including--as Matt Young writes--some juicy bits related to the Cortland Finnegan dustup.
