Is this your first time coming to a Texans game or you haven't been to NRG Stadium in awhile? Here is your Gameday Checklist to ensure you're set for gameday:

1. PREP YOUR TICKETS: I've got tickets, now what?
Log into Ticketmaster through your Texans app.
- NOTE: Some fans may be asked to log in twice as part of Ticketmaster's added security features
Do you need to transfer tickets to friends or familiy coming to the game?

- TICKET AND PARKING PASS TRANSFERS NOTE: If you need to transfer a ticket that is grayed out in Ticketmaster, tap the grayed out ticket or parking pass. When the SELECT A DIFFERENT GROUP? pop-up appears, select YES and you should be able to choose an item to transfer.
Do you have parking? Pre-pay for parking through the Parking & Tailgating page.
- NOTE: There will be no parking available for purchase online or at the parking lots day of game!
2. NIGHT BEFORE GAME: My tickets are secured, what else do I need to know?
- Make sure your tickets are available in Texans app
- Parking is fastest 2+ hours before the pregame show & player intros!
- Find out when gates and the Texans Team Shop open
- Check your email for your KNOW BEFORE YOU GO info!
3. GAMEDAY MORNING: It's gameday, am I ready?
- Check traffic updates for any construction or likely delays on your route to NRG Stadium
- Remember to arrive 2+ hours before pregame show & player intros!
- Check the weather
4. WHEN YOU ARRIVE: I'm here, am I set?
- Show attendant your mobile parking pass and follow directions for a spot
- Check stadium map to find your gates
- Have your mobile tickets out and ready to scan at gate for quickest entry
- Be early and in your seats 20 minutes before to welcome the team on the field!
