HTC Halloween Bash Official Rules

1.NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.Void where prohibited. Subject to applicable federal, state and local laws.

2. PRIZE: Twenty-five (25) winners will each receive six (6) tickets to the 2005 Houston Texans Cheerleaders Halloween Bash, Part 3 Party to be held on Friday, October 28, 2005. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $25.00 each ticket. All related expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. All applicable taxes and/or fees on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

3. TO ENTER: You must register on-line at www.houstontexans.com. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information or for late or incomplete entries. Limit one entry per person.

4. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest period begins at 12:00 a.m. on October 11, 2005 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on October 27, 2005.

5. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of Texas only. Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Houston NFL Holdings, L.P. (Houston Texans), the National Football League (NFL), Miller Brewing Company, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising/promotional agencies, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Houston Texans, Reliant Stadium, Houston, Texas 77054 is the Sponsor. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules. By entering, you agree to the use of your name, photograph, voice or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion in connection with the Contest, the Halloween Bash, the Houston Texans, the NFL and Miller, without further compensation, except where prohibited.

7. AWARDING OF PRIZE: The winners will be selected by random drawing via computer by Sponsor at Reliant Stadium on or about October 27, 2005. The winners will be notified by e-mail on or about Monday, October 24, 2005. Winners will be required to come to the Houston Texans offices at Reliant Stadium to pick up the Halloween Party tickets beginning at 9:00 a.m. on October 26, 2005 and ending at 5:00 p.m. on October 28, 2005. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release when the winner appears at the Houston Texans offices to pick up the tickets. If a winner does not come to The Houston Texans offices by 5:00 p.m. on October 28, 2005 and sign any required documents, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor's sole discretion. The Halloween Bash is a private party and requires a ticket for admission. All persons holding a ticket to the Halloween Bash must be 21 years of age or older at the time of the Halloween Bash, and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release prior to entering the Halloween Bash.

8. RELEASE: By entering, entrants agree to release the Houston Texans, the NFL and Miller, and each of their affiliates, and the directors, employees and agents, including without limitation its advertising and promotion agencies, of each, from any liability, loss or damage incurred from use, misuse or acceptance of a prize, or any travel in connection therewith. In addition, entrants agree to be placed in the Houston Texans General Database for Houston Texans newsletters, future promotions and tickets offers.

9. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:The prize may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. In case of unavailability, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

10.       WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: For the winner's name, send a self‑addressed, stamped envelope to 2005 Cheerleaders Halloween Bash Ticket Contest Winners, P. O. Official Costume Rules

2. PRIZES: The following prizes will be awarded in the following categories: (a) "Best Male" Costume winner will receive two (2) tickets to a Houston Texans football game designated by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100.00. (b) "Best Female" Costume winner will receive two (2) tickets to a Houston Texans football game designated by Sponsor. ARV: $100.00. (c) "Best Couple" winners will receive two (2) tickets to a Houston Texans away game including round-trip airfare and one night hotel accommodations. ARV: $850. (d) "Best Miller Lite-themed" Costume winner will receive a one year supply of beer. ARV: $120.00. All related expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. All applicable taxes and/or fees on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
