Liz, a fourth-year Texans cheerleader from Rosenberg, Texas, was honored as this week's Sports Illustrated Cheerleader of the Week.

Liz was also recently named Miss July for the 2015 Houston Texans cheerleader calendar and was selected to represent the Texans at last year's Pro Bowl.
When she isn't cheering on the sidelines, she works full-time as a hairstylist.
