Jadeveon Clowney is expected to return for the Texans AFC South rematch with the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
"Oh yeah, he'll play," head coach Bill O'Brien said Friday.
Clowney, dealing with an elbow/wrist injury, missed his first start of the 2016 season last week at Green Bay. The Texans starting defensive end returns in time for a crucial game. Houston and Indianapolis, both with 6-6 records heading into Week 14, are vying for the AFC South title and a playoff berth.
The Texans will travel to Lucas Oil Stadium for Sunday's game. Kickoff is set for 12 p.m. Sunday on CBS and SportsRadio 610.
