Joe Mixon cracked the 1,000-yard mark.

The veteran running back entered Sunday's regular season finale at Tennessee just seven yards shy of 1,000 on the season. After picking up six yards on his first carry, Mixon gained four more yards to get past 1,000. Mixon eclipsed 1,000 yards for the fifth time in his 8-year career.

Mixon and Baltimore's Derrick Henry are the only active running backs in the NFL reach 1,000 yards or more in five or more seasons.

Houston traded for Mixon this offseason, and he gained over 100 yards in a game seven contests this year. He was also selected as a team captain during the season.

Mixon scored 11 touchdowns on the ground, and caught one more coming into Week 18.
