Texans defensive end Tim Bulman and the **Houston Texans Cheerleaders** will be signing autographs in the Go Texan Store on Thursday from 5-6 p.m., a couple of hours before the Kenny Chesney concert at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo at Reliant Stadium.
