The **Houston Chronicle** and **KRIV-TV** reported yesterday that the Texans have made tender offers to seven restricted free agents: DeMeco Ryans, Owen Daniels, Bernard Pollard, Ryan Moats, Rashad Butler, Chris White and Tim Bulman.
Nothing official has been released by the team at this time.
McClain says that the Texans tendered Daniels and Ryans at the maximum compensation level, which would give the Texans a first- and third-round draft pick if either player signs with another team. Pollard, according to McClain, was tendered at a first-round level.
