Head coach Gary Kubiak said cornerback Jacques Reeves will start opposite of Dunta Robinson at Cleveland.
Head coach Gary Kubiak
(on G Chester Pitts' status) "He (G Chester Pitts) practiced today. He's ready to go. He took probably somewhat half of the reps, maybe even a little bit more. Like I said, I trust him. He said he's ready to go. He'll go."
(on if there are any other health issues) "No. (DT) Amobi (Okoye) did practice. All indications are that he'll be ready to go and (WR) Andre Davis ready to go. So, we're OK from that standpoint."
(on if G Chester Pitts, DT Amobi Okoye and WR Andre Davis will fulfill their normal roles) "Oh, yeah. They'll be fine unless something happens between now and game time, they should be fine."
{QUOTE}(on CB Dunta Robinson saying he would be the right cornerback) "OK, and (CB) Jacques Reeves will be starting on the other side."
(on CB Dunta Robinson) "Yeah, he's (CB Dunta Robinson) fine. He took all his normal reps this week. As we said yesterday, he's been playing as much as a starter, it's just that we've had him in a certain spot in nickel and the way the game planned out last week, we played nickel the whole game. So, this team, we return back to a lot more base against them, so he'll go to his normal spot. Like you said yesterday, it's a big, big six weeks for him because he's worked extremely hard to get back. He's been one of the better corners in this league when he was healthy, and I want to see him get back to that spot."
(on if DT Amobi Okoye will start) "Well, if he (DT Amobi Okoye) doesn't have any setbacks between now and game day, but based on today he should be able to go."
(on if he will continue to rotate LT Duane Brown and LT Ephraim Salaam) "Yeah, we continue to do that. Ephraim gives him a break. So, we haven't changed that since we started that."
