The Texans have confirmed a **tentative announcement** from earlier today: They will have a press conference with wide receiver Andre Johnson at 1:30 p.m. CT in a team auditorium at Reliant Stadium.
Johnson will be joined by team executives at the press conference. He is expected to sign a new contract that, according to reports, will make him the highest-paid wide receiver in the NFL.
