Texans quarterback Rex Grossman went full Tim Tebow on defensive end Connor Barwin in this week's Best Buy College Matchup, a 40-second segment that that airs on the videoboard at every Texans home game at Reliant Stadium.
The matchup pits two Texans players and their respective alma maters against each other in EA Sports' NCAA College Football 2010 on PlayStation 3. In real life, Grossman's Florida Gators will face Barwin's Cincinnati Bearcats in the Allstate Sugar Bowl on Jan. 1.
It'll be a highly entertaining video for fans at the game on Sunday. Grossman played the game in character, even wearing Tebow-esque "John 3:16" eye-black (see photo below). I think he could pass as a certifiable look-alike for the 2007 Heisman Trophy winner.
