We're just two days away from the Wild Card game between the Texans and Chargers. Houston will practice again today, and they welcomed back defensive end Denico Autry and wide receiver John Metchie, III yesterday. Both were limited participants after not practicing on Tuesday.
Each team in the matchup has a second-rounder from Georgia who's made an impact as a rookie: wide receiver Ladd McConkey for Los Angeles, and cornerback Kamari Lassiter for the Texans. Sam Warren of the Houston Chronicle wrote a bit about the duo.
The Texans will wear their Deep Steel Blue jerseys and pants on Saturday against the Chargers. They were 2-1 in that combo during the regular season, and they're 2-1 in them all-time in the playoffs in that combo.
