Texans linebacker DeMeco Ryans **sat out two weeks** of the Texans' voluntary offseason program last year, leaving open the question of whether he'd miss any of it in 2010.
That question was answered this morning in an outdoor training session that was open to the media.
Ryans, a restricted free agent who has yet to sign his tender offer, was a full participant.
