"He's been a very productive receiver at Connecticut. When we evaluated him, he has a very good size and frame. He is a good athlete. He did not actually go to the Combine, but we
actually went to his pro day and (he) had a very, very good pro day. So he was a kid that we liked going through our process. We felt he had the ability physically from a size and stature standpoint to be an effective blocker on the line of scrimmage. He has really good hands when you watched him on tape and a good catching radius and can catch in traffic. He's a very smooth, fluid athlete that presents a big target underneath when you're watching him as a short-to-intermediate receiver. He has a nice feel as a route runner. He shows pretty good ability to get open in terms of separating from defenders into and out of his break, and is a good runner after the catch. It was a kid later on in the draft where he still has some aspects of his game he needs to be a little more consistent and develop, but he definitely has the physical tools that excite you as a developmental-type prospect."
