Sprained toe sidelines RB Johnson

At the two-minute warning of the first half, the Texans trail 10-0. They just got the ball back after forcing the Bucs to punt near midfield, thanks in part to a sack by rookie defensive tackle Earl Mitchell. It was the first sack of the preseason for the third-round draft pick out of Arizona, who has impressed Texans coaches with his motor this offseason.

Texans running back Jeremiah Johnson, who started tonight and had three carries for 20 yards, has left the game with a right toe sprain. His return is questionable.

Arian Foster, who's resting, and Steve Slaton, who has a toe injury himself, are not playing tonight. That leaves Chris Henry as the last running back left standing for the Texans for the rest of the game, depending of course on whether Johnson returns.

Henry had only four carries for eight yards in the preseason entering tonight's game. He has six carries for 20 yards already tonight.
