Texans fans in need of a football fix are invited to come out to the 2011 Houston Texans Draft Party presented by Miller Lite on Thursday, April 28, at Reliant Stadium. The party begins at 6 p.m. CDT, and the 2011 NFL Draft begins at 7 p.m.
The Draft Party is free but requires a ticket, which can be downloaded right here. Parking at the Draft Party is free as well. This year's party will be bigger and better than ever and will feature even more fun and entertainment!
The Draft Party will be Texans fans' first chance to check out the brand-new HD televisions throughout the Verizon West & East Clubs, with NFL Network's draft coverage shown throughout the event. Fans also will be able to venture into the seating bowl to watch the draft on the large videoboards inside the stadium.
If live and local analysis is more your style, you can check out SportsRadio 610's live broadcast and get your questions answered by the crew from Houston's Sports Leader. After Houston makes its first-round pick, Texans fans will hear from the team's newest addition first exclusively on SportsRadio 610.
Fantasy football and endless draft coverage have turned virtually every NFL fan into a part-time general manager. While fans can't pick the players for their teams, the Texans do want the fans' help in making another vital roster decision - the Houston Texans Cheerleaders!
All of the finalists for the 2011 Houston Texans Cheerleaders squad will be at the event and mingling with the crowd. There will be ballots located at various locations throughout the event, and fans will be able to submit their choices as to who they think should make the squad.

The Battle Red Ladies presented by State Farm will host a 'Draft 101' party in one of the luxury suites at Reliant Stadium. The Battle Red Ladies will have the chance to learn first-hand what goes into the draft process from Texans coaches and scouts throughout the evening.
Young fans can play in the TORO's Kids Club Kids Zone presented by Kroger, which will feature interactive games, a balloon artist and appearances by TORO and the Bull Pen Pep Band.
