Texans place Bell on IR

HOUSTON - The Houston Texans have placed CB Jason Bell on the Reserve/Injured list after he fractured his right forearm against Indianapolis. To fill Bell's spot on the roster, the Texans moved WR Kendrick Starling from the practice squad to the 53-man roster and signed WR Allen Suber to the practice squad.

Starling, an undrafted free agent out of San Jose State, made the Texans' roster out of training camp but was waived on Sept. 21. He was signed to Houston's practice squad the next day. Suber (5-9, 185) played his college ball at Bethune-Cookman.
