HOUSTON - The Houston Texans have re-signed exclusive rights RB Samkon Gado, it was announced today.
Gado (5-10, 226) ran for 217 yards and a touchdown on 54 carries last season for the Texans. He also caught 16 passes for 80 yards. Gado joined the Texans in a trade from Green Bay prior to the second game of the season.
Gado is the 20th player that Houston has re-signed from the 2006 roster.
