Texans score on Bouye's pick-six, Watt assists

Cornerback A.J. Bouye picked off his first-career interception and then returned it 51 yards for a touchdown against the Philadelphia Eagles.

"I just saw he started reading the corners instead of the safeties and it was play action," Bouye said after the game. "I studied what (Riley) Cooper ran and I was just able to get the pick. I'm glad that the defense was able to get blocks for me because if not, I probably would've been down by the sidelines."

J.J. Watt's hit on Eagles quarterback Nick Foles set up Bouye's interception at the Houston 49-yard line. Bouye's return was the first of his career and the fourth defensive touchdown this season for the Texans.

Bouye and rookie Andre Hal started at corner after Kareem Jackson left the game with a knee injury and Johnathan Joseph headed to the locker room to be evaluated for a concussion.

The Texans tied the game 7-7 against the Eagles with the score with 3:11 remaining in the first quarter.
