The Texans signed wide receiver Sloan Thomas, it was announced today. Thomas,
a wide receiver out of Texas, was the second of three seventh-round selections
by Houston in this year's draft.
Thomas caught 88 career passes for 1,362 yards and 12 touchdowns over four seasons
for the Longhorns. He is the second Texans draft pick to sign. Rutgers linebacker
Raheem Orr, another seventh-round selection, signed on June 8.
