The Texans returned to their normal routine of noon kickoffs on Sunday, however, that did not confuse any of the tailgaters at Reliant Stadium. Sunday at 5:30 a.m., cars began lining Kirby Drive in anticipation of the 8 a.m. opening of the Jiffy Lube parking lots. The fans who arrived early were not disappointed, as they were treated to blue skies and temperatures in the 60s.
The HEB tailgate crew was, once again, roaming the Jiffy Lube parking lots on their Segway HTs, searching for the HEB Tailgater of the Game. This week's HEB Tailgater of the game was the Never Failgaters, who can be found on game days in the Jiffy Lube Yellow Parking lot.
The next opportunity for Texans fans to tailgate at Reliant Stadium will be on Sunday, Dec. 12 at 12 p.m. The Texans will take on the Indianapolis Colts. The Jiffy Lube parking lots will open at 8 a.m. Come early and enjoy the fun.
