Tuesday tuneup, and Michael Irvin talks Andre Johnson | Daily Brew

Good Tuesday morning to you.

The Texans are off today and won't practice. Several players, however, will be out and about around the community doing good things. A few players are reading to children at elementary schools. Will Anderson, Jr. is taking part in a project helping the hungry.

Putting a bow on Sunday's win over Buffalo is Team Analyst/Radio Sideline Reporter John Harris. He broke down 10 key notes from the victory in his "Harris Hits".

How about defensive end Dylan Horton? He played his first game in nearly a year on Sunday, after missing the past 11 months or so fighting Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma. KPRC-2's Aaron Wilson wrote about the journey.

Sam Warren of the Houston Chronicle wrote about the Texans' defensive pressure and what it did to Bills quarterback Josh Allen in this film room piece.

Have you seen the latest Goat Talk? Pro Football Hall of Famer Andre Johnson and his good pal, Pro Bowl cornerback Johnathan Joseph have been interviewing greats over the last few months. They linked up with Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Irvin recently and had a spirited back-and-forth. Among the many things they covered were the Miami Hurricanes teams of the 80's, adjusting to life with Tom Landry's Cowboys, switching over to the Jimmy Johnson years, and whether or not jersey numbers should be retired.

It's a good listen, and you can check it out below.
