This season on Fox Sports Southwest's "Texans Huddle" show, various Texans players will be showcasing their favorite recipes for a segement called "What's Cookin'." Next up is kicker Kris Brown's runza casserole.

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Ground Beef
¼ cup chopped onions
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 cups chopped cabbage
2 cases of regular size crescent rolls
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag of shredded mild cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Brown 2 lbs. Of ground beef until brown
- While frying beef, toss in ¼ cup of chopped onions, 1 ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper and mix, make sure to chop up beef good
- Once beef is brown drain out all of the grease
- Mix in 4 cups of chopped cabbage with the beef and let it simmer on medium heat for about 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes mix in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- Using a greased 13 x 9 pan, spread one roll of crescent roll dough along the bottom of the pan
- Take the meat and spread it evenly on top of the spread out crescent roll
- Evenly spread 1 bag of shredded mild cheddar cheese across the meat
- Spread second roll of crescent roll dough across the cheese
- Cook for 20 to 30 minutes
