A Random Raffle Drawing Sparked a 15 Year Friendship

Season Ticket Member David Parkett III randomly raffled his extra season ticket during a school function in 2006, where Kent Kring won, creating a 15 year friendship. They began painting their faces, putting on wigs and cheering on their Houston Texans together every game for 15 seasons. 

Sadly, Kent passed away just before the 2021 Season. The Texans reached out to offer David and Kent's wife, Kathe, an opportunity to remember Kent on the field during our Fan Appreciation Game.  They were each gifted a framed picture of David and Kent in full gear and a custom jersey to wear on gameday.
