We're about 90 minutes from kickoff of the Texans' preseason finale against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Reliant Stadium.
Last week against the Dallas Cowboys, the Texans' starters played almost a full three quarters. This Saturday, most of the Texans' starters won't play at all, and those that do won't be in for long with the exception of a couple of players still battling for spots.
The kicker competition between Kris Brown and Neil Rackres will come to a close after tonight's game. Texans coach Gary Kubiak says it's the toughest cut he'll have to make. That's one of my **five things to watch** for in tonight's game, along with Dan Orlovsky, the backup running backs, the competition for a starting spot at right guard and the potential emergence of a few diamonds in the rough.
Check out our live pregame show from the press box in just a few minutes on HoustonTexans.com. Drew Dougherty of Texans TV will host for 30 minutes, and I'll go on-air with him to discuss the aforementioned five things to watch as well as questions from fans on Twitter (@HoustonTexans) and Facebook (Facebook.com/HoustonTexans).
