The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been tough on small businesses across the world.
The Texans have three main goals as an organization: win championships, create memorable experiences and do great things for our community. With that third goal in mind, the Texans and Amegy Bank are promoting and assisting the small businesses that make the Houston community so great.
The Texans took nominations from fans, and awarded four Small Business Boosts. Each winner gets $5,000 to support their immediate business needs, some free promotional assets from the Texans, an inclusion in the Texans 'Local Business Playbook', and an invitation to exclusive Amegy Bank Business Webinars and Events.
Children are a treasure. But they can also be challenging to teach, entertain and take care of on a daily basis.
Kidtastic Park is a Cypress-based indoor playground for children to grow, learn and play.
It was started by Christina Tran, her husband Ricky, and the Do family, and it's grown into a place where families celebrate their kids' birthdays.
Touting their business as "safe, clean and fun-filled", Kidtastic Park has pivoted during the pandemic and implemented a reservation system, and put a cap on walk-ins. The play areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every session, and kiddos are still able to enjoy the zipline, merry-go-round, slides, obstacle courses and more.
There's a section for toddlers and youngsters just learning to walk, too, so it's perfect for families with children of all ages.
Kidtastic Park will use the award money to keep investing in more ways to stay clean and sanitized with proper PPE to keep the customers and workers safe and healthy.
