While I'm obviously kidding about the second part (am I?), the first part definitely rings true. We are now five days into Texans training camp, and the pads have been popping over at NRG Stadium for the last three. Football is definitely around the corner, and 2016 Texans are putting the work in that they hope will pay off at the start of the season.
We in the digital media department like to pull our own weight as well, and we've tried to cover #TexansCamp from every possible angle. Literally.
We've unveiled our 360 camera during camp, allowing fans to see video of players entering the field for the start of practice. If you aren't familiar with how these videos work, you can actually move them, either with your mouse, finger or phone to see it all as it happens. We have provided a few different views of the action, and just in case you haven't seen it, they are all compiled below. So far, the three videos we've done have been viewed over 100,000 times.
If you are lucky enough to make it out to a practice, look for us. We'll likely be filming you.
