A few thousand fans attended today's AFC Pro Bowl practice, which was the final practice of the week leading up to the game on Sunday (check out photos from today's practice up above). After practice, the Texans' four Pro Bowlers joined the rest of the AFC squad in signing autographs for hordes of screaming fans. Andre Johnson, of course, was a very popular attraction because of his **Miami roots**.
It was a blast to watch the players interact with the fans, who were screaming players' names left and right hoping to get an autograph, a handshake or even a nod. The fans were decked out in apparel from just about every team in the NFL, with a couple of No. 80 Texans jerseys and at least one Mario Williams jersey populating the crowd.
Before the players left the field to sign autographs, I checked in with linebacker DeMeco Ryans and Williams to talk about representing the Texans' defense in Miami. We'll have a video and story about that shortly on HoustonTexans.com. And don't forget, you can get all of our coverage from this week in South Florida on our **2010 Pro Bowl Central** page.
