The deadline for each NFL team to place a franchise tag on a player is today at 3 p.m. CT. *Houston Chronicle *columnist John McClain reports on **the possibility of the Texans franchising** cornerback Dunta Robinson, who will become an unrestricted free agent on Feb. 27 if he does not re-sign with the Texans.
