Fullback Vonta Leach practiced in a full-body Santa Claus suit on Friday. Members of the Texans' equipment staff outfitted him in the garb before the start of practice.
Earlier this season, Leach **wore a red tights/Spider-Man outfit** to practice on the day before Halloween. The Texans beat the Buffalo Bills 31-10 two days later, their most recent victory this season.
"It is the Christmas season, and **it just loosens everything up,"** Leach said in an interview with Drew Dougherty of Texans TV. "Obvoiusly, the season hasn't gone the way we wanted it to go... We've been down this week, and you can see it in the players and some of the coaches and stuff, but I put this on just to loosen up the guys a little bit."
