You've heard of "Smash & Dash," but new Texans running back Ben Tate might have coined a nickname for the Texans' backfield in a Twitter exchange tonight with running back Steve Slaton.

**Slaton:** everyone give @BenTateRB a big welcome

**Tate:** @Steve20Slaton thx man slate & tate all day!!!

So there you have it: "Slate & Tate." I like it, and I think it just might stick.
