Dameon Pierce got loose in a big way on Sunday at New England.
In the fourth quarter on 1st-and-10 at the Texans' 46-yard line, the third-year running back took a handoff the right side, broke through the line, and galloped 54 yards up the right sideline before diving into the end zone for a score.
The Ka'imi Fairbairn extra point was good, and Houston held a 41-21 advantage with 7:47 remaining in the game.
It was Pierce's eighth carry of the day, and at that juncture of the game, he'd amassed 76 yards on the ground, to go along with a reception for one yard.
Joe Mixon had also carried 13 times for 102 yards and a touchdown, and also caught two passes for 30 yards and another score.
