Texans players felt Texans fans and their impact at AT&T Stadium

Texans fans showed up in numbers, and in volume, for Monday night's 34-10 beatdown of the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium.

Houston picked up its seventh win of 2024 on the road, but at times, the Texans felt like they were right at home.

"It was awesome seeing all our Texans fans show up," Head Coach DeMeco Ryans said. "That was really cool to see on the road, to see all the Texans jerseys, see how fired up our fans were, created some crowd noise. Now that's cool. Any time you can come into an away stadium and really feel your fans, hear your fans being loud, being disruptive, that was really cool for our guys."

Wide receiver Nico Collins returned from injury and ignited the crowd with what appeared to be a 77-yard touchdown catch on the first play from scrimmage. That score was wiped out by a penalty, but Collins appreciated the roar of the crowd on that play, and the many others throughout the evening.

"It's amazing, especially on the road," Collins said. "You need that type of juice, that type of energy from the fans and it means a lot. They brought the energy that we needed and we got the win for them."

The Texans will host the Titans this Sunday at noon inside NRG Stadium.
